Job description:
Work in a fun-fast paced kitchen in the heart of Manitou! This fast-casual diner strives in burgers! As a kitchen manager you will be responsible for:

Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service
Training new staff and providing training to facilitate quick acclimation
Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels
Creating schedules for all kitchen staff
Tracking kitchen finances to identify areas of potential waste
Ordering food
Keeping track of invoices
Managing BOH operations
Setting a good example for BOH
Working the cook line when it is busy
Kitchen Manager responsibilities include:

Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
Supervising food prep and cooking
Checking food plating and temperature
Looking for a Kitchen Manager to supervise daily back-of-house restaurant operations. Kitchen Manager responsibilities include ordering food supervising the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory, and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our kitchen.

Salary: $42,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
